5 January 2025 – Investment, Industry, Human Resources, Trade and Entrepreneurship Exco YB Major (Rtd) Dato’ Md Anizam Ab Rahman said the high-impact project resulting from the collaboration between Kelantan Utilities Mubaarakan (KUM) and Cypark Resources Sdn. Bhd. has become a new catalyst in strengthening the state economy through various special revenue sources via renewable energy sources.

The Danau Tok Uban floating solar plant in Kelantan, with a capacity of 60 MW AC, has begun contributing clean energy to the national grid. This RM500 million project generates 259 GWh annually, supporting tens of thousands of homes while reducing carbon emissions, and also integrates fish farming systems for sustainable development.
